Vancouver: Thomas Haas Chocolatiere

Who is Thomas Haas? That is the question I asked and the look of shock came across the faces of my pastry loving friends.
The box opened and an artistic cake was revealed. Almond Marscapone cake. One bite and I knew why Thomas Haas is one of Vancouver's top chocolatieres. The marscapone cake was enriched with flavour that melted on your tongue. It's an infusion of light and rich flavours blended into one. That one bite is enough to have a Thomas Haas chocolate memory.

It is not surprising that Thomas Haas was voted one of the top 10 chocolatiere's in North America by Dessert Professional Magazine.
