Vancouver: The Secret Garden High Tea

Afternoon tea is a tradition that began in England and can now be found throughout the world.  The tradition is to have tea with finger sandwiches, scones, and petite desserts from 2-5pm to fill in the gap between meals.  The Secret Garden fulfills this tradition nicely with their English teacups and a wide range of teas on their menus.  You'll be able to find a taste for everyone. Creamy Earl Grey tea is one of their bestsellers!  The tea selections as you can see in the pictures are incredible.  It makes me want to have afternoon tea every weekend.  There's something about making small portion sizes and having a variety of food to enjoy.  Devonshire creams and jam make any scone turn into an elegant treat.

This is a great place to go for a memorable occasion.  The Secret Garden is located in Kerrisdale at 5559 West Boulevard in Vancouver.  You can make your reservations for your high tea special occasion.
