| Calimari and Clam Chowder |
If you're a seafood lover heading over to North Vancouver, The Crab Shop at 2455 Dollarton Highway is where you want to go. If I was a chef and knew how to cook fresh seafood and fish, I'd be stocking up fresh wild fish and seafood for the week. We went there because we were there and we were hungry for a mid-afternoon snack. They have fish and chips, calamari, fish burgers, and clam chowder.
The calamari was tasty and was accompanied with a tangy sauce. The chowder was plentiful and a filled with the right combination of seafood and herbs. We also brought home some frozen fish cakes to try; they had fresh ones there too.
When I was putting away the fish cakes at home, I read the bag and was surprised to see that they also have The Crab Shop open in New Westminister now too. So if you're exploring that area, you too can enjoy some great fish and seafood.
