Tis the season to be merry and celebrate with friends and family! Reservations are a must during this popular time. Went to the Hilton Metrotown to enjoy their Sunday Brunch menu with friends. We arrived to a crowd of people at the door as the staff was preparing to open the doors at 10:30am. The hostess was flustered but it was worth the wait for us; not for all. Once seated it was decadent and the service was incredible with wait staff immediately offering Champagne & Orange juice. The decor was decorated with poinsettas and our table was by the fireplace. How cozy is that? Buffet Brunch is the best of both world - you can enjoy a plate of breakfast and then lunch. There was a healthy salad, appetizer bar and you want to save room for the dessert bar. Hilton Metrotown is located in Burnaby BC at 6083 McKay Avenue.
