Vancouver Restaurant: Pacifico Pizza and Ristorante

After browsing the stores downtown Vancouver, it's great to get away from the bustle of the people and relax at a nice restaurant to have a good meal. That's what we did. My friend introduced Pacifico Pizza and Ristorante to me and it was perfect! Nice ambiance with a wood burning stove. The pizzas were on special for lunch so we couldn't resist.

It was a chilly day so I started off with a mocha and it has a strong espresso which balanced the whipped topping and chocolate. It was a great start to warm my spirit.

We shared a Caesar salad and Sicilian Pizza. The pizza had a nice thin crust and fresh vegetables. Nicely baked in the wood burning oven. So fresh!

To end the meal, we shared a Tiramisu for dessert. I've never seen Tiramisu served in a glass parfait style but it worked. I give Pacifico Pizza two thumbs up for the flavorful food and will return to try their pastas one day. Great atmosphere for catching up with friends!
