Kobe Steak House at 1042 Alberni is my answer of the week. This was my first teppanaki experience and it was a great one! It was neat to have the chef grill in front of you and make small talk and of course you have to laugh at their puns and jokes. You eat as they finish cooking fresh from the grill. I had delicious prawns to start, then veggies, followed by the steak, and finished with bean sprouts. It's a neat experience to try and especially fun with a large group. I had the full Japanese experience by having sake to complement the meal.
at Dine Here and Urbanspoon.
