Things To Do: Moody Beads Workshops

On a cold winter's night, it's perfect for a beading class.  Moody Beads is located at 622 Columbia Street in New Westminister.  It is a quaint and cozy bead store that hosts a variety of bead workshops and classes for the beginner or experienced beader alike.  The class size is small (6-8 students) so you get personalized attention and can ask questions.  They provide the tools for you to use that night.

Since the classes are in a bead store, you can choose your own beads to use in the project.  And there are plenty to choose from.  Tonight I went to the Chandelier and Chain Earring Class with co-workers from 6:30 - 8:30pm. Most of the classes are free and you just pay for the supplies.  A couple now have a fee, but I'd just go to the FREE workshops.

So grab a couple of friends and have a fun night at Moody Beads!  (There needs to be a minimum of 3 students before a class will run).  Check out Moody Beads Workshops for some new ideas.  Get out of your comfort zone and let your creative juices flow!

Yes, I've been making chain earrings at home and ready to teach others.
