Tonight I went out for Dine Out Vancouver at the
Rocky Mountain Flatbread Company in Kitsilano, Vancouver. The Dine Out menu featured an appetizer, entree, and dessert for only $18. They had a lot of choices and the organic and local food was delicious. Here were my picks for the night:
The
Basil and Blackberry Salad had organic green leaves, mushrooms, and mango tossed with a lovely basic and basil and blackberry dressing. It was light and I loved the mango which gave it a nice zing. Alternative option is the
Bruchetta as an appetizer.

My main entree was the
Ocean Wise Pizza made with handmade flatbread and topped with salmon, artichokes and shrimp. Alternative option is the
Classic Pizza. It was filling and I took half home so I would have room for dessert.

Dessert was not to be missed.
Warm Chocolate Brownie with Ice Cream. Alternative Dessert option is
Berries in a Phyllo Basket with ice cream. Save room for dessert - it's worth it!
